What we’re looking for:  

An awesome team player to support our French team training our new customers on our product and provide help in case of any questions.

Your responsibilities:

  • General care of existing and new customers
  • Training and support for existing and new clients by telephone
  • Customer oriented thinking and independent quality driven processing of support requests
  • Installation and technical implementation of customer accounts
  • Identify system errors

We expect:

  • French as a mother tongue or at a native level
  • Independent, coordinated work
  • Friendly demeanor on the telephone in customer consultations
  • Confident and charismatic presentation of our solutions
  • Confident in CRM system workflows
  • Trustworthiness and reliability
