As a Customer Service Agent, you will have to:
- Assist the Customer Service Department solving customer service issues
- Develop strategies to improve the customer retention rate
- Interact with our customers on different social medias (Facebook and Instagram)
- Analyze and report about our Customer Service processes
- Translate texts from English to French
- Your mother tongue is French and you know how to write perfectly in French
- You can communicate easily in English (spoken and written
- You have great communication and interpersonal skills and a strong attention to details
- You like solving problems and you enjoy helping people
- This position requires independence, responsibility and professionalism
