Your Responsibility:  

As a Customer Service Agent, you will have to:

  • Assist the Customer Service Department solving customer service issues
  • Develop strategies to improve the customer retention rate
  • Interact with our customers on different social medias (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Analyze and report about our Customer Service processes
  • Translate texts from English to French

Your Profile:

  • Your mother tongue is French and you know how to write perfectly in French
  • You can communicate easily in English (spoken and written
  • You have great communication and interpersonal skills and a strong attention to details
  • You like solving problems and you enjoy helping people
  • This position requires independence, responsibility and professionalism
