We are expanding more and more in Europe and are therefore searching for a native French speaker with fluent English for the Customer Service Agent role (full-time) keen to be part of N26’s exciting development.

Support our customer
You’ll be the frontline of our bank to the French speaking market. Working across multiple channels (live chat, email, phone) to give our customers a best in class experience. However you are not just the first layer of support, but the first layer of protection. Preventing fraud, protecting data and safeguarding our customers are also key facets of this role.
Improve our product
No one knows the customer better than you – so you’ll also be key in relating customer feedback internally. Your feedback will have a direct impact on the way we deliver a product and service that our customer loves.
As we grow across European markets, we are looking for native speakers to help improve our user experience in each country. As one of our French facing specialists, you’re an ambassador of our product there – our French connection in Berlin.
What you’ll bring along
An outstanding commitment to customer service, and the experience to match. You will also be a native French speaker, comfortable with both written and verbal communication. These communication skills are a key strength of yours and are also supported by fluency in English. As a customer service professional, you are reliable, friendly and stress resistant even under the most testing of circumstances.
