As „Performance Marketing Manager“ you create and monitor the success of performance marketing campaign, predominantly on Facebook and Instagram. Ideally, you are able to transform a story into ad-based campaigns and can monitor each ad’s and each campaign’s success based on KPIs. An ideal candidate understands how to optimize campaigns and how to effectively and efficiently create and monitor multiple ads across various markets at the same time.

  • You create and automate campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Goodle Adwords across all steps of the marketing funnel for various markets and languages (predominantly German and French)
  • You display the best performing ads to the most relevant audience for an optimal bid
  • You create reports containing the most important KPIs and optimize the company’s marketing strategy based on these KPIs
  • You constantly update the tracking infrastructure based on Google Tag Manager in order to automate accurate reporting
  • You identify and conduct meaningful tests for ads and optimize them based on test results
  • You are reporting directly to the Managing Director with whom you develop strategy and coordinate on important projects
  • You stay up-to-date about latest development in online marketing and always on the lookout for the best tool kit



  • You have 2-4 years of working experience in programmatic advertising and/or Facebook marketing on an advanced level
  • You can independently implement multi-step campaigns using Facebook Power Editor
  • You can analyze and optimize a marketing funnel based on KPIs
  • You have experience with Adwords, GDN, Ads on Instagram, Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, mastering pivot tables and management reports independently
  • First experience with a business intelligence, data visualization, and data warehousing are a plus


  • You are able to write compelling ad copy in French (native speaker preferred) and can communicate well in German; English is a plus
  • You communicate clearly in writing and in face-to-face communication
