Whether you're a recent graduate with no or little professional experience, or whether you have 5, 10 or 20 years' experience, whatever your field, we'll support you and give you the keys to getting more job offers and finding a job faster in Germany.
We'll teach you how to make a compelling resume that attracts recruiters, how to master interviews and even how to negotiate your salary.
Once you've ordered, you will receive an invitation for a discovery call. The purpose of this call is to get to know you, to understand what you're looking for and introduce you to the program.
We will define a work plan with objectives and give you access to the resume online course and other documents that will help you in your job search.
The first 1-2 weeks will be quite intense, as we'll be revamping your resume and cover letter, defining an action plan and coaching you in your job search.
We will then have weekly check-ups to monitor your progress, give you new tips and guide you in your job search. We'll also organize mock job interviews.
If you get a job within 12 months of the coaching, we take 5% of your net annual salary.
For example, if you find a job with a gross annual salary of 60.000€, your net annual salary is about 60% of it: 36.000€. 5% of it makes 1800€.
Should you find a job after 12 months, we will not charge you anything (except the monthly fees). The 5% become 0%. We consider that we have not fulfilled our mission and do not deserve any additional payment.
You can pay in 3 installments:
- 1/3 after your first salary
- 1/3 after your second salary
- 1/3 after your thrird salary
